Industrial Finishing Systems Adds New Owners

TERRELL, TX-Industrial Finishing Systems, Inc announces the creation of a new partnership that will provide added business guidance and financial support for increased growth. Recent growth has generated the opportunity to gain increased market share and the need for additional resources. Investors and owners Don Harman, CEO and Mike Howell, VP Finance will join Randy Payne, President and his associates in this new partnership. Payne who has over 25 years experience in the industry said he recognized the benefits of teaming up with his new partners. The "Sky is the Limit" now that we have the in-depth leadership experience and resources needed for the future.

Obviously we see the opportunity to gain market share and make substantial strides with this investment," said Don Harman managing partner "We are already adding jobs for additional support."

Harman brings 35 years of management and sales experience from companies including: Fox Photo, Eastman Kodak and Blackmon Mooring Steamatic. Most recently with Blackmon Mooring Harman served as its President where revenue rose from 18 million to over 104 million a year during his 8-year tenure.

Howell with 20 years experience will provide accounting and financial management for IFS. Previous work experience includes Centex and Blackmon Mooring Steamatic. Howell held the positions of Controller and VP Finance with Blackmon Mooring during his 10 years.

IFS is a worldwide manufacturer of Custom Powder Coating Systems (including booths, ovens and washers). Powder Coating Systems are utilized to provide a painted finish for everything from tractor parts to golf balls. IFS manufactures and sells the equipment necessary to perform this service. So far this year we have already done or have in backlog revenue to equal a 60% increase over 2003. The company was formed in 2002 and occupies a 50,000 square foot manufacturing facility on their 7 1/2 acre location in Terrell, Texas.
